CUFCA MD CC SPF ProductS in  the canadian MARKET

CUFCA has created this page in order to provide our stakeholders with a central location of information on spray foam products available for use by Certified Contractors in the Canadian marketplace.  As these resources and links are provided from other sources, they may not be fully updated to the most recent data available and as always we suggest that you seek out Data confirmation from the applicable listing agency. Manufacturers of Spray Foam Systems can elect to have product evaluations prepared by CCMC or ULC.

The purpose of these product evaluations or listings that are published by these third party entities is to provide confidence to the end user and architects responsible for design use of them that the information is accurate with respect to conformity assessment  to applicable published national material standard requirements.   ALL 2 lb. Closed Cell Medium Density Spray Foam Systems must conform to the CAN/ULC S705.1 Material Standard when used in residential or commercial applications.

In the chart listed below we have organized our key data points to include the  product DENSITY, LTTR R-VALUE, Certification Organization Affiliation and a representative colour swatch for expected foam colour when installed prior to UV Light Exposure on the surface.  The referenced published PDF reports are downloadable. Again, while CUFCA will make reasonable efforts to ensure this collection of information is up to date, you should seek out source data from publishers directly as confirmation of that.

In order to have the product installed correctly and reduce issues of defect and or non-conformity, always insure your Contractor and their installers are correctly and currently certified for the application of these products by the appropriate Certification Organization.
