CUFCA Daily Work Record Webform

This page is your access to our NEW online Daily Work Record (DWR) Online Reporting System.

Kindly access the DWR system using the link below. You must be logged in to your WA account on this system first.  you can then  complete your DWR's as required. Your website membership ID is now the same as your DWR Reporting ID.

Also access to this system is only available to CUFCA Certified Installers and approved Contractor Office Personnel. Use of this system is granted by CUFCA Administration only. As the DWR system is now integrated with our full CUFCA.org site, all access will be tied automatically to your account standing.  If your account lapses at renewal, or is suspended for any reason, your access will be denied.

SPEED BUMPS are to be anticipated.  As this new system was programmed, we may find some compatibility issues arise, please bring up any issues that you may have with it so that we can investigate and address your concerns.

Thank you for your patience in our roll out of this new system. It should make things smoother for all in the future.
